LAF initially grew as a spin-off from our rather large appetite for proper home-cooked food; growing it, cooking it, eating it, but best of all sharing it with friends.

Stu is a professional chef and the talent behind the business, with decades of experience in the premium food and hospitality trade.

His career has focussed around menu development whilst operating a diverse range of restaurants and bars within both high-street brands and independents.

LAF create exclusive, high quality meals for private clients and cater for bespoke events.

Our keen interest in food provenance led us to a wider community with mutual beliefs and wherever possible, we source from great local independent suppliers.

We use free range meat, generally from local, native, rare breed, livestock.

 Our dishes are unprocessed, freshly prepared and presented chilled, ready to simply reheat or perfect to pop in the freezer for a later date.
